Thanks again! :) My mom's dress was from Dress Up Time... I think that's what it was called. It's on either Frankford or Torresdale Avenue here in Philadelphia. Yeh, Club Liquid was a ton of fun... I've got a habit of getting on bars when I drink. haha! We had 41 people in our crowd, and we all had our green travel mugs, so I swear, anytime there were people in the club, and they saw us all coming, they'd leave because we had a big crowd. LOL So it was only us in the club on our wedding night, and our last night there. Definately talk to ORyan there. He is the absolute best entertainer! ORyan & Roxanne made our whole stay amazing. We still talk to them through myspace. They're the best. I am 7 weeks pregnant as of yesterday, and we're due to have an April Fool's Day baby! LOL

We just locked in our wedding a week ago with the exact date and time. The travel agent said the wedding coordinator would be contacting us in the early part of this week, but they haven't. Just wondering how long it normally takes before they make initial contact. Thanks for your response.

Oh those damn raffia fans... I started them the first day they showed up from O.T. now I have not touched them at all... I need to get like 15 more done still.. YIKES. I just for some reason have had no motivation to do all my DIY stuff, and I know it NEEDS TO GET DONE NOW! I guess it's the stress in me a bit. Jay doesn't seem all that interested in helping and well since I am now down to just 1 BM for Jamaica.. it's hard to keep going. I know that is why I never even bothered to registar till lastweekend when my FMIL pretty much told me that if I didn't I was gonna end up with "ass wipe" and toilet seat for gifts at my shower.. LOL... sorry had to tell ya what she said cuz I'm still crackin' up from it.

So honestly girls, I've had some serious ups and downs with this whole process... I LOVE Jay and I am soooo happy to be going to Jamaica because it's exactly what we wanted.. BUT (yeah here is my but).. I feel super alone and mostly not sooo bride-like in the normal eye. If that makes sense. Almost isolated really. I started with 4 BMs and then lost 1 completely as a friend because she blew up at me even after she told me she wasn't gonna go to Jamaica.. "You think too much about yourself and this damn wedding you are just being a B**ch to the regular girl" WTF was that, I'm getting married and I'm sorry thats all I have on the brain!!!! Then all in the same weekend about 2 weeks after that. I found out that my MOH and 1 BM were not coming because someone else bagged them ( and the bagger never even told me), and canceled her stay to Jamaica which left my 2 girls with not enough money to go along with that BM getting into an abroad program and is now going to Ireland for a simester. The economy is screwing my MOH and she is super upset with how this all happened. Now my last BM well she recently has been totally distant and told me she wasn't sure if she could handle everything right now.. she recently had some serious surgeries and I think she is down in the dumps... but I can't figure it out since I never hear from her anymore and only been getting VM's.

K really gonna stop now since I am sure you are all set with my madness.. but I guess I just had diarhea of the keys... LOL... smile41.gif

So girls lets annalize me ... what the heck is wronghuh.gif?

You are so not alone is this at all !!!

I started off with 6 BM and now i only have 3 plus my baby sister who is the mini bride.

I thought a MOH was supposed to be there for you and support you with all your wedding needshuh.gif Well was i wrong my MOH went from being my bestfriend to the biggest Bi**h ever girl_werewolf.gif, so i do feel your pian. If it ends up being just you and Jay with a few family memebers then so be it. All that matters is that you and Jay are getting married and nothing should stand BTW you and that moment.

You should never dobut yourself like that. You don't need to be a "bride like person" to be a bride. Like you said it's your wedding and noone elses. You have to remember that. If they dont want to join in the happniess with you and jay, well f*k humm. smile117.gif

I know you want everyone enjoy the celbration your wedding, but like they say weddings bring out the worst of people. Its honeslty when you realize who your true family and friends are !!!

Hang on Amanda is almost over. I promise you'll have the best wedding ever, and dont forgot you have us to help ya along the way. hug2.gif

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
