Our date was on hold for several weeks. Once we booked our trip our TA emailed the travel manifest to our WC and we heard back the next day re: our confirmation. The TA seemed to get much quicker responses from Victoria (WC) than we did...She also sent emails regarding guest lists and personal information needed for the ceremony.

It took me about 2 weeks before I heard back from my WC that my date was confirmed. That was the longest it has taken for me to hear back from Claudia. Usually it's 1-2 days for me to get a response from her.

Does anyone know what the options are for wedding cake flavors? I know lots of brides have tres leches, but I'm not sure we want to go with that. It's not even a big deal, it's just cake, lol. But we are feeding each other, I want to like it

Sandra not sure on flavors, but I did email them two pictures and they are able to do both...so I am assuming if they can copy both of the pics they probably could do what flavor you wanted as well

I think it was a 95$ upcharge if you didnt go with the standard

As far as I know the cake flavors are vanilla, chocolate, coconut and pineapple. There may be other options, but they are not included.

 

It took me a few weeks to get official confirmation on my wedding. Don't stress!

Hey Sandra,

Has your WC sent you any cakes they have done before? I have requested this but have not seen any. We want to do the cake cutting and all that but I am not sure I need a 3 tiered cake since our menu offers dessert. Please send me pics if you have gotten any...tonibartow@yahoo.com

I would like some help with my timeline....would you be willing to help?
My ceremony is in the chapel at 4pm. How long should we leave for pictures of us and our group?? My FI doesn't want people to have to wait around to long but I don't want to rush through the day.

Was your cocktail food and drinks? Did people mind eating dinner that late...what time was dinner served?

The resort is absolutely stunning...and sometimes in life, you get what you pay for....hopefully, we will all be getting beautiful weddings filled with moments that will stay with us and our guests.

Most pictures of the Palmeras Grill have rectangular tables. Does anybody know if they can do round tables instead?

I'm pretty sure they can do either. I know for the banquet rooms they can do either.
