After reading this I immediately called my TA since I already paid a photographer from out of the country and his room/flight. This is not true she said as long as they stay at the Barcelo for 2 nights the 500 fee is not necessary however if you get a videographer from Mexico you have to pay that. Hope this eases your mind. I spoke with Claudia she is the wedding manager so she would know
Hi all, my WC just advised me that they recently changed their policy and no longer require external vendors (photographers) to be the guests of the hotel), that you just have to pay $500! So now there's no other option but to pay this ridiculous non sense fee

Yes they have an $95 usd per hour fee for using their electricity, but you can rent a power generator & avoid that fee, This policy is for weddings during this year only for weddings on 2014 you must to pay the fee with no other option.

We are going to do that as well. I was there this past weekend and got pricing from Lomas Travel and depending what you want it ranges 65-97 per person.
Has anyone here rented a private catamaran for their wedding guests to go on? Â We're looking for a catamaran for approximately 70 guests to go on the day before our wedding. Â Some type of booze cruise/catamaran. Â

We chose the keyboard and bass I think it was, there was an issue the day of so we had the keyboard and violinist and as much as I didn't notice much on the day of the wedding when I watched our video it sounded beautiful!

Hello Brides, My wedding coordinator Xhail is asking me if I have a seating plan.. Do we need to bring a master seating plan or do they do that? I am just wondering because she is asking for all the names.
