I asked the WC what my choices were for linens and here is her response:

 

"We have some colors included in the package (blue, red, orange, salmon, green, white, ivory, gold), if you want you can order a different color (it will have extra charge)"

We are through Apple as well and we are getting 1 free for every 20 ppl. You should ask your TA to do some work to see if they can get you the same deal.
No kidding about the large group restrictions. You would think the more people you have the more the red carpet gets rolled out, but it seems the opposite.
My TA is going to try and negotiate an extra hour reception time for free since we have so many people. DJ mannia's services come for four hours and my open bar is only for three, so I'm going to see if I can get an additional hour for free since I'll probably end up having over 50 people coming.

I just noticed that you are getting married the day before me! I haven't seen anyone else getting married that week on any site.

 

I was wondering if you could send me a copy of the menu. I don't want to bother Sandra as she has already sent it to so many people.

Do you guys mind me asking what kind of rate per person per day your guests are paying

We are not getting any free people and no upgrades and we have 65 people booked and are expecting another 10-15

And to diamondpoochs comment it seems the larger your group the less you get!

I was told today that if you have 35 rooms booked (not people) for 2 or more nights each, then there is a promotional dinner. But this promotional dinner is not on the beach and it is a different menu than the one Sandra got her hands on. Might not even be worth it...

I'm not sure the exact room rate per night as our land and air and transfer were all bundled into the same price.

35 rooms is A LOT. Most people would not hit this. No matter what the menu or location, having this for free would be a nice rehearsal type dinner/welcome dinner to have for your guests. 35 rooms is a minimum of 70 guests and that is a lot!

Our rate is around 130 per person per day including everything but airfare and transfers.

Apple Vacation has a rate on their site right now for 120 per day and some great airfares...but the taxes and fees at the end change that rate some

I was just curious because a lot of guests keep asking about the rates
