Girl fuming is not the word!!! I am at wits end with this right now. ARRRR! Just got back from lunch complaining the entire way to my co-worker about this! and the other things like NOT RESPONDING to any other emails regarding centerpieces, rose bouqets, and info for the programs. I truly realize they are really busy but with the holidays around the corner it is going to be really difficult to make things happen last minute here in the state when it come to getting menu cards and programs printed. I just really can't explain how frustrated I am right now. I really pray it gets better. smile72.gif

to make it easier on ourselves we've already designed our menu cards and titled "appetizer, entree, etc"...our fonts and colors are chosen, so once we get the options we can put them right in and print away! i'd suggest you at least do that much so you're closer to completion. unless you're ordering them online or something. i don't know what the turn around time is on something like that. i imagine 3-4 weeks sometimes. and don't fret, it WILL ALL COME TOGETHER!!! good luck :)

Well, I wasn't really looking to spend more money than I already am at this "all inclusive" resort :) And I know you can't reserve the a la cartes for more than 30 ppl. So.... what my WC told me is that my best bet is to make a reservation at one of the buffets. She told me they couldn't push tables together, but that they would seat us all in the same area. I'm sure once I get down there I may be able to slip someone some money to push tables together. We shall see! So, it will be informal, but still get the weekend started off right and get people mingling.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
