WELCOME Karla! Congrats on your decision to have a DW. It is so much fun to plan for tropical weddings. I don't know much about Dominican Republic but if you do a search you will find lots of information for resorts in DR. Good luck with your planning and let us know what else we can help you with.

Welcome, Karla! I am going to let all of the DR brides help with the specific locale stuff, but the first thing I'd do is start looking at locations to have your wedding. Are you thinking at a resort, or maybe a non-resort wedding? Do you want to be married at an All-Inclusive resort? Would you like a beach wedding, or perhaps indoors or a gazebo? Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll do what we can to help!

Welcome! It is a little tough at first to get the hang of this forum. You will get and if not just ask. Congrats on your engagement. I love tropical weddings. That is why I am having one.
