Yes, we are registered at honeymoonwishes.com, but thus far it's been a bust. No one has used it - only our other two traditional registries. We've had it up since like January!!
We understand the missing the pooches part. We will not have a doggie cam to spy on them though!! That is pretty cool!!

We have had one hit on honeymoonwishes so far but we are not having any showers until June though!!

Camie- Have a fabulous time!!! I'm glad to hear things seem to be working out for the better! One of the ladies I work with just got back from MP on Sunday and said things are fine! I'm sure everything will be wonderful! :)

By the way - I'm definitely taking my laptop with me to Cancun! I will go through withdrawal without it! Plus, my FI has to take his in case he has to do any emergency work calls (boooo!!!) I'll take advantage of the wifi if it's there though! :)

 

Tina- I'm getting married on August 1st so I know by that point I will be checking the forum DAILY! If you decide to take it, I can't wait to check out your posts!

I'm not a Moon Palace bride, but I got married in Acapulco Sunday night and am here at MP on my honeymoon right now! This place is gorgeous- I'm actually sitting out on my balcony overlooking the ocean watching a wedding right now! No one here is worried about the swine flu- you would never know anything about it if it weren't for turning on the TV and it's all over CNN. The only thing that sucks is that the resort has had to cancel a few of their excursions due to the scare- you can't go into Tulum to see the Mayan ruins (at least not through Moon Palace's tours). I hope it works out for all you May Moon Palace brides. I know it's beyond some of your control to actually get here, but once you do, it's amazing. And worth it! Good luck and congrats!!!

Jodi..I originally choose one of the "packages" the problem is, if you don't like what comes in the "package" any deviation is at an extra cost, so you are probably much better off with the free package and then adding on. One of the other brides on this website gave the same comment, better off with the free and then adding on. Hope this helps.

So glad to hear it's going well there. I'm supposed to be getting married there on 5.23.09 but all my guests are cancelling! Glad it's working out for you!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
