Did I misunderstand something ?

hey, going by what other wedding parties have done, there are ways to get round this - and that is by having your vendor as a paying guest - chances are you will need to foot the bill for this...i know thats the deal with elizabeth medina!

To the right of the "quote" button is a "MQ" button that allows you to quote multiple posts. Hit "MQ" for each post you want to quote and on the last one, hit "Quote" and you will get all of them in one window.

FYI...check cheaptickets.com, cheapest flights I have found are on Mexicana out of JFK...direct flight too!
I am going to book the rooms through MP, but for airlines, I am wondering if any of you have any suggestions as far as Travel Agents for flights, I have some people coming from NY, Wisconsin, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Hi All,

I've got a question about payment w/ Moon. They want 50% 14 days after the contract is received and final payment 30 days prior to the ceremony. But it sounds like a lot of brides there make changes/add things when they meet w/ the WC there--just 3 days before the ceremony. I assume they just bill you the extras. So it seems safer to plan conservatively and then add things when you get there. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Hey Girls!

Do any of you know of anyone else on here who has had pictures taken by the photographer at the Moon Palace? I LOVE Betsy's pics, but I would like to see more.

Maybe I'll do a search....

By the way, are your grooms wearing suits? I think mine wants to wear a short sleeve button down collared shirt with linen pants. Just thought I would see what everyone else is doing for some ideas. Thanks.

TGIF!!!

As of right now, I have FI and his BM wearing tan suits, linen or similar... not sure if they are renting or buying... basically overall we are going "beach formal." My dad is going to wear something similar, so he looks like he "matches" when he's walking me down the aisle, also he loves an excuse to buy a new suit. Such a fashion plate.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
