February Weight Watchers

Christine

Recommended Posts

I think I will just start a new thread every month so we don't have to wade through the other ones.

I weighed in tonight-I lost this week 1.8 which brings my grand total to 7.6 lbs.

Let me just say that weighing in what is keeping going. I have really slacked at writing it all down the last couple of weeks. I am a really picky eater and so I typically eat the same thing over and over again. I have done weight watchers with my mom before so I generally know how much everything is and so some days I just don't write down. I know that is bad and I know I would lose more if I kept track.

Next Thursday is my last basketball game and I will be done coaching, so I am super excited to start working out and I am hoping that will help me get over the 10lb mark.

How is everyone else doing?

I bought some cookbooks so I will post some recipes that I try this weekend-remember to eat wisely this week so that you can have a little fun for the superbowl.

Thats so great Christine, congratulations! I had a really bad weekend, as far as eating a lot of junk, and drinking. And the past few days I've been so busy after work that I haven't had time to exercise. But I'm going to tomorrow and thursday and I'm hoping I will at least have stayed the same when I weigh in on friday.

I'm the same way with writing things down, I keep track in my head, but sometimes things don't get added in, blah, blah, blah, you know what I mean, so I have to get myself to start doing that again as well.

Alright Christine !! WHOO! WHOO! WHOO! smile29.gif thewave.gif smile159.gif

I weigh in on Friday. I just started my period, (thank gaud!) so hopefully I'll have a decent weigh in this week. I haven't been great, but I haven't been horrible either.

Yes!! Please post recipes. I need some new ones!

Hang in there Jilly. It's a new week and it's only Tuesday. I haven't been keeping track either...just in my head. But when I do actually write it down, I realize I left some things out (in my head). How convenient... (Ha Ha)..

I weighed in this morning and I am down 1. My sister also took my measurements on Saturday and I am down 2 inches. I like that better and I can tell with my new outfit I have on today :). Even though we had a superbowl party, I did not indulge as I thought I would. I did not even have any cake :). I think it was depression lol lol lol.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
