February Weight Watchers

Thanks Jill!

My first week is going ok I guess. It's tough getting back on the WW wagon. Today I went out for lunch and I settled for a chicken breast wrap without any ranch sauce and opted for a garden salad rather than a ceasar! It was yummy but I was craving something with grease in it. Everyone else was doing burgers and fries so that didn't help. I'll have to weigh in tomorrow because I'm leaving for the weekend to go see my cousin in Saskaton. But I'm thinking I'll be ok. As long as I don't gain. I hvaen't been eating much at all. My emotions have been killing my hunger sad.gif so I'll just have to wait and see!!! When does everyone usually weigh in? Friday??

I weigh in on Saturday mornings. I think there are lots of different weigh in days on here, just do it when it works for you and post it on that day.

It sounds like you've had a pretty good week!

I broke down today, I drank too much last night and ate a steak & cheese sub for lunch, it was good, but I felt really guilty and sick to my stomach after, so I had to work out hard tonight to make up for it!

I usually weigh in on fridays, because the weekends are sometimes bad for me. But everyone has different days because some people go to meetings too. So whatever day works best for you. I'll be posting in the morning.

I'm starving right now!

Hi girls! Happy Friday to all of you!

Weighed in this morning and I've lost 1 pound. heheh I know it's not much and I totally thought it would be more. Hmph. Oh well there is always next week. I'll just have to be REALLY good this weekend. I'm going to see family and they LOVE to cook and eat.

Melissa - maybe try a different grocery store. It seems liek around here all the stores carry different items... Well even if you can't have the sundae I highly recommend the other frozen WW "Smart Ones" desserts... but some of them are higher in points so be careful!

I think i a pound is great! BUT you said that you're barely eating and that could actually be hampering your weight-loss (not eating enough). I think the most important thing (for me at least) is finding foods that I still crave and want to eat so I can eat them and enjoy. It doesn't sounds like your bare chicken was all that satisfying... at least go home and treat yourself to a tasty dessert (see posts above for options) afterwards.

I had to weigh in today, instead of Sat like usual cause I went out of town. So, I am only down 0.5. I think it would be more if I could WI tomorrow, oh well, it will show up next week then. So, I am down 5 lbs total in 3 weeks.

Good job Melissa, we all start with 1 lb. Keep it up, 1 lb a week is good in the long run.

How's everyone doing this week?

I've started eating again more regularly!! YAY! It helped going home. Everyone was asking me if I had lost weight - I admitted I've lost weight due to stress. BAD WEIGHT LOSS. So my aunt made me my fav cheese bread and I had to have a piece!! I couldn't resist... then she made me yummy healthy food like chciken fajitas (sp) and chilli. Yum... so this week so far has been good. Trying to drink as much water as possible and eat healthy as usual. We'll see what the scale says on Saturday. The scale never lies. Now if I could just get my butt of the computer and onto my eleptical.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
