For those of you that are giving your guests an option for the main course, how do you plan to indicate the food choicecs for your guests. Mariana says I have to give her the count in advance which I have. She suggested place cards with a different color mark on the each, one for seafood & one for beef. Does anyone know if the waiters will collect the card? Do they just ask what you ordered?
I am planning on using frames for placecard holders and then I was going to color code the name inside the frame. I just didn't know if that would work. Thanks!
