So here's my question... is she not supposed to be in a car seat for over an hour? I've never heard of this carseat test and i'm a little confused by it.
They only do it for babies in the ICN, or maybe only the preemies. It's because preemies often have troubles with their respitory system, and they've also spent so much time on their backs that they want to make sure they can continue to breathe sitting up. At least that's my understanding!

We chose not to do the test again today. She ended up getting her Hep B shot today, and then seemed to be having an "off" day. So the nurse and I thought why bother and stress her out with another test - so we'll try tomorrow.

But ... she did get her first "real" bath since her cord feel off finally! Paul got a bunch of pics - she seems to love bath time!

Oh, and guess who had some visitors today! Paul and I got to have dinner with Tammy, Steve, and little Jackson! It was nice to see Tammy and Jack again (this time not in a hospital bed!), and to meet Steve. Then Tammy and Steve got to come visit Gwen. I totally forgot to take a picture of Tammy with Gwen, but I got one of Steve.

Ann those pics of her in the bath are sooo cute. And Paul doing her hair, wow I love it, that is just too sweet for words. I am so glad she is doing so well and I can't wait till they tell you you can take her home.

As for Jackson, OMG is he ever cute!!! Tammy you should put him in commercials or ads or something, he is just so beautiful.

That's so wonderful that you guys got to go out to dinner with Tammy & Steve! They seem like such wonderful people. i"m sure it was nice to see "familiar" faces while out there.

Gwen's bath looks SO cute! her little face just makes me smile. And that picture of Paul combing her hair is just precious!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
