Here is the link to my wedding review. My pics by Juan Navarro are at the bottom. You can see the set up for the seromony and the reception. I hope that helps

Stacey, your pics are gorgeous, I LOVE your dress! =)

Question for you (or other Dreams brides) - did you receive any pics of bouquet choices included in the packages prior to arrival? I went through the attachments to this thread, but the only thing I see are the upgraded flower options. I'm curious to see what choices are included. And on the other side of the spectrum, did anyone send them pictures of exactly what you wanted flower-wise to have your bouquets basically custom-made? Were they able to accomodate you?

Jessica,

Your wedding cordinator should be able to email you pictures of all the bouquests that they have to offer. I unfortunalty dont have any of that stuff any more. I did like anything that they had to offer, I felt that they were out dated. I emailed Claudia a picuture of what I wanted, and they copied it. It wasnt exactly what I wanted, I could have asked them to fix it, but I let it go.

Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone has done a TTD session with Cecilia Dumas in a cenote. I know she does a lot of beach and in-town TTDs, but we would love to do one in a cenote. Her price is MUCH lower than other photographers I've talked to and I'm a little nervous about it. Thanks for the feed back :)

Hello everyone! So good to see all these Dreams Brides and what a great way to get comfortable with the resort and what they have to offer as far as weddings.

I have something to throw you there. I have also sent an email to Cecilia the wedding coordinator. My fiances mother was killed by a drunk driver in a car accident 8 years ago. It was a true tragedy for his entire family. She was only 43 years old. Her birthday is June 10th. We wanted to get married on her birthday, however that date was already booked with weddings when we requested it. If there are any brides out there that are not set on their date 100% that would be willing to switch dates with me I would be forever in debt to you. Right now we have booked June 8th, however Cecilia said that June 9th was also available.

I completely understand if everyone is set on their dates - just thought I would throw it out there as one last ditch effort to make this a special day for my fiance and his family!

Hi Carolina24,

Would you be willing to share the pricing you have for cecilia? I have heard good things about her but have not seen her pricing.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
