We just had two. Our daughter was my MOH, she walked in to the same song as I did, which was somewhere over the rainbow. It was a long song, so she walked and then I came soon after her with my dad.

We didn't play any music during the signing because we signed after the whole "you may kiss the bride" so everyone was kind of moving around at that point and talking.

Then we played our song to walk out.

We had about 15 minutes of music while the guests arrived by the gazebo.
I added a littl more in case we started late, which we did, so I added some of the first songs over again...

Then a song for the BM & GMs. Numbered the song so the sound guy knew where to queue it up.
The song I walked down to next.
No music during ceremony for us.
The next song was to walk back down the aisle.
Added one more kind of long one since we would still be in the area with all the congratulations we would have with everyone.

We had three total. One song that the boys and my bridesmaids walked in to (Ariosa by Bach on guitar), one song I walked in to (Storybook Love, The Princess Bride Soundtrack) and the recessional (Somewhere Over the Rainbow, 50 first dates Soundtrack...I can't remember how to spell the guys name but its on the forum a million times). We didn't have any music during the actual ceremony.

It's pretty much a work in progress until you meet with them once you arrive at the resort.

I had all the big things figured out, Ultimate package price locked in at 2007 pricing (for Feb 200cool.gif.

I made minor adjustments and added some bouquets and flower centerpieces once we met.

Once you meet, you review every line item and sign individual invoices for each piece as that is how their billing needs it turned in.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
