I have no idea what we are supposed to upgrade too if we got the ultimate package??? I am so confused :(

I have emailed Claudia about everything, but still no response.....

Awww! She hasn't replied yet??  =( When is your wedding?

You already have the ultimate wedding package.  So you can't upgrade your wedding package.  However,  I think they are speaking about the wedding photo package.  whats included in your ultimate wedding package is the most basic photo package.  So if you are happy with their basic photo package, then you don't need to upgrade it.  however, if you wish to have more photos then what they offer you in that basic photo package, then you will have to upgrade.  And as for Juan photography, I believe if you had requested for Juan prior to Today...then I think they'll let you use him.  But for future brides, ie: brides that have not signed a contract with dreams cancun  yet... they wont get Juan in their basic wedding photo package.  And if they want Juan photography, they would need to upgrade their photo package.

wooohooo I can breathe now thank god! Claudia took some pushing on to get a response and my wedding is only 8 weeks away! Alright that better be the last "crisis" before the wedding! Congrats girls on getting a great response!!!!!

Hi Brides,

 

I also recently spoke to Juan. He stated that if brides had ultimate package and upgraded he will be shooting their wedding.  I think you can look up upgrades on the website under extra on the wedding section of their tab.  Claudia has not got back to me yet about Juan but I am happy that Juan personally emailed me and reassured that he will be there. I think a good way is just email him directly and ask.  Good Luck.

Dear brides both Juan and Claudia have emailed me just in the past hour, if you have contract for a ultimate or love package prior to march 17th you will have Juan or his team photographing your wedding with no need for upgrading

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
