Dreams Cancun - Questions for those married here!

Recommended Posts

wow! you might have just gotten your idea stolen... by me! that is awesome! I was thinking about ribbon wands if we can't do rice or eco confetti. I don't want bubbles... too many people do it and I want to have some uniqueness....even if I "borrow" most of my ideas

[quote=Sorry I didn't multiquote, But how much more time were you looking to get for Juan? He may have pricing on his website. You;d probably have to pay for a package of his, in addition to the one that comes with your wedding package.

He was with us for a little over 2 hours, most of which was his fault and he didn't charge us extra. We did wind up buying all 600 pictures that he took that day for $350.00.

Unless you are doing a TTD or you want him there for your reception, then I think you'll have plenty of time with him. Just don't expect to be at your Cocktail hour :)

I just e-mailed Juan and he told me the price for an extra hour and extra 2 hours, I just wanted to make sure I had plenty of time and I am kind of wanting some pictures of the reception/cocktail time so I'm not sure if we will add time or not. He said in the price that it included 50 or 100 DVD images but I e-mailed him asking how I could get ALL the pictures plus extra time.

He also said that he won't be able to get the pictures to me before I leave so I'm a little nervous because we need them for our AHR that is 10 days later!

Okay more questions...I'm going to have a lot now since it is getting closer! :)

What was lighting like at the reception? I saw that you could buy the lights to put under the tables, is it worth it to do that? I think we are going to be on the smaller beach with the sunset so do you think I need to add more lighting?

We will be there on the 4th so I'm excited that I might get to do spying on your weddings! :)

I think we will do the lights, but I won't mess with any other centerpeices or anything since we are having our formal reception back home, this will more just be a dinner and hanging out.

I've been e-mailing Cecilia Dumas and we are most likely going to do our TTD the next day at the Marriott.

I'm getting so excited!!!!

Hi ladies! My site visit is June 15th and was just wondering if anyone's wedding was that day. Prob not because it's a Tuesday, but i figured that's a less crowded day to come. I'll be staying at the Royal Sands the rest of the week. But I thought I'd come over for a day. Maybe I'll see someone!

We also used the resort photog, and our photos and video came with the package. The video guy deliverd our video to us the next morning, and the photog delieverd our photos a few days later to our honey moon resort. I forget how maby photos we got, but it was a pretty big album, and he also gave us like 8 big photos.

Hope that helps
how did you get the 8 big pics? did you ask for this specifically?

Sorry I haven't been on in a while...mom's bday, FIs bday, etc!!
I asked Juan about it at first and he gave me pricing info which I talked to Cecilia about. She's the one booking the extra time

they let you throw stuff as long as its eco friendly. I'm pretty sure they don't allow the flying lanters b/c of fire hazards. We're doing sparklers :)

The sparklers are a cute idea! Are you buying them in Mexico or can you take them on the plane as long as they are checked?

    • The main idea is that you like everything. Be frank with yourself and your girlfriend. Just take and tear off to the fullest, using all permissible means. At the expense of a stripper, I agree, this is a great variant, then to become an obedient husband, have a bachelor party!)
    • I was also in this situation, I was afraid to try. But a friend advised a great site https://escortmannheim.info, where everything is reliable and proven over the years. There you will not go wrong. We went, chose a girl for the evening and enjoy.
