Hi Guys!!!

 

OMG!!!!  I leave in 1 week from today!!!  I cannot believe it.  Now my new stress is the weather.  I am freaking about and stalking the webcam at Dreams and the weather channel. 

 

Just an FYI, for the new brides just beginning to plan.  If anyone is doing koozies, Barry Promos does a great job and very good prices.  HOWEVER, be aware that he was slow as dirt on getting the produced and delivered.  He missed 3 shipment dates.  So, I would order far in advance.

Super exciting!! I can't believe so many of us are so close!! I leave on the 26th, (single digits, OMG!!) and will be married on the 28th!!

 

I've been stalking the weather channel and the webcam, too! Glad to know I'm not the only crazy bride! It makes me feel better if I can see people in the beach chairs getting some sun ;)

Mgl27: I'll probably see your wedding since it will be the day after mine ;)

 

I haven't looked up Barry Promo's but used seller KrazyGraphix on Etsy. It was the most reasonable I've found since I needed less than 50 koozies. I paid $35 for 40 incl shipping. He was quick too!

If you are leaving tomorrow, you probably aren't checking BDW tonight - but if you are....I hope you have the most amazing wedding!  We will be waiting patiently to see all of your beautiful pictures...

I love that there are so many of us in the next few weeks.  When we get back we will have tons of advice and pictures for the 2012 brides.

 

mgl27 and futuremrsroo - I am so excited for the two of you.  Are both of you ready or do you have a lot left to do?

 

Question for the upcoming brides:  will the salon apply fake lashes for you on your wedding day?  For some reason I think I read that they will not do lashes, but can't imagine where I would have seen that.  I have a pair that I purchased when having my makeup done for me - but I was not successful in my attempt to apply them myself.  Such a small thing, but I need to get practicing if I will need to apply them myself.

Thanks! It's exciting, but hasn't sunk in that it's happening in about 10 days. I still have little things to do: finish escort cards, OOT bags are the main ones. The salon told me they would apply lashes at a small charge if we bring them with us.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
