Hi Girls! I have 11 Dreams Cancun Brochure Books left if anyone wants them. My travel agent got them for me from the resort, they are very nice, heavy cardstock, lots of pics of the resort & activites. I used them for the pre-travel packets I sent out to my guests. They are free, just pay for the shipping. I can fit them in a flat rate priority envelope. Send me a PM if interested

Hi Girls,

I have the next couple of the days off and I am starting to look into OOT bags.  Or at least get some ideas to get started. :)  I was wondering if anyone has found cheap but cute bags anywhere.  I am going to do one per room, so we are thinking about 27-30 bags.  I want them to be cute and possibly reusable.  I hate spending the money on something that most people may not use again.  I found these at Oriental Trading Company:

I thought that they were cute, but I really liked that I could by a dozen for $10.  But still looking for options...  Let me know if anyone can help!  Thanks.

I  found some from cheaptotes.com. They are a decent size although the material is a little thinner than I had expected. (I purchased the white ones) I plan on getting a heat transfer I made to put on all of them, with Two Sea Horses "Love" on the top and Cancun on the bottom.  They were very reasonably priced and can be reused as well. Hope it helps!!!

We actually bought totes from Dollar Tree and we will put tags on the bags instead of personalizing the bags themselves.  The quality isn't great but I have a feeling there is a good possibility my guests will never use them again so I didn't want to spend too much money.

I had actaully looked at those same bags from Oriental Trading Company, but my fiance was against them because he said they wouldn't be very masculine for the men.  I tried to tell him that the woman in a couple will be the one packing a bag for the beach - but in the end I thought it would be easier to give in on this one detail....

ok ladies! i am leaving sunday -  getting married a week from today!! i can't believe its almost here!  i have everything set; packing list being checked off as we speak.  Going to get my hair and pedi today; then will spend the weekend packing!! My only problem so far is figuring out how to transport my bouquet.  I am giving my BM bouquets all to them so they can deal with them, but mine is BIG and i just don't want to have to carry it and hold it the entire flight!  WTF!  oh well, other than that i can't wait to get out of here!  i have all of my centerpiece/decor/sand ceremony/sashes and table linens all packed up and ready to go!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
