I have another question I would love some help with!

We are having our dinner at the Mediterraneo at the Coba. Does anyone know how the music works?  Can we make a CD of music we want played during dinner?   Just curious, as I know we won't be the only people in the restaurant.

Also, how does the seating plan work?  Can we choose the table size eg 4 or 6 or 8 people per table? Or do they only have certain sized tables? Do they have a long table for the head table?

Thanks!

Her Andrea,

I think I was told by another bride somewhere that they were not allowed speakers and mics etc at their dinner inside the a-la-carte restaurant because like you said, you won't be the only ones there. So the resort does not want to interrupt the dinner experience of its other patrons.

As for the seatings inside the restaurant, I believe Trisha listed some of them out in her Offical Gran Bahia Principe thread, so you could check that out, and see what it says there.

This is getting pretty specific...but if you can't play your 'own' music at the restaurant, when would the bride at groom 'entrance' take place?  At the pool side reception?  Or at the restaurant with no music?

I saw this question in another thread and I thought I'd ask in this thread since it's specific to our resort. Do past brides remember approx. how much cash they brought down to Mexico with them? And what type of things definitely needed to be paid in cash? I don't want to bring too much, but I don't want to bring too little either. Thanks!
