Has anyone done the taco private dinner? My family has never met my FH's family, so I figure we should have a welcome dinner or something, just wondering if we should do the private dinner or just have an informal meet up at the buffet.

I don't remember how long I went, but I'd think chair sashes would work just lovely.

I'd vote informal meal.

Yeah I'd like to know too, I send them an email to get pricing and an appointment but there was no response. I think I will do my own make up but would really like it if they did my hair and I'm sure some of my other guests would want appointments as well. Should I do arrange this before I get there or will I have time once there?

@Ellia123 I think arranging before you go would be best. They have so many weddings a day would hate to not be able to get in. Hopefully you are Able to do that? Maybe someone has done this ? Then one less thing to do when you are there !!

what's the best way to contact them? I emailed them about 2 months ago... now I only have just over 40 days left!!!

also my ceremony is at 2pm, so whats a good time for me to make an appointment for?

@Ellia123 can you try calling them? I would think 10 am would be good depending how long you are going to take and how many bridesmaids to do as well. Maybe they would know when you tell them your ceremony time. Let me know how they do!! 40 days so exciting:)

2pm ceremony = 1pm getting dressed.  12pm lunch.  Which means you'll want YOUR hair and makeup done by 12.  So I'd do 10am.  But if you have more than three ladies, you'll want to go earlier.  They have three salon chairs.
