FOR ALL THE BRIDES GETTING MARRIED THERE- Conrado (photographer)- we had booked him, he was a no show, no email or anything- word is that they are no longer allowed on the resort premises because he is no longer apart of that company anymore. he has to pay a fee to come onto the resort to take your photos and then will charge you that!!! EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT!!! it was a fast fix, Eugenia had a photographer to my room in 5 minutes- i suggest him, the photos were more than perfect and would recommend the photographer at the resort to anyone. other than that most incrediable day of my life. wishing everyone the best

Did you buy one for everyone/one for each room? I'm assuming each room has a phone as well, right? That would be a lot of calling though... just hoping to hear how past brides handled this... or even current/future bridges.. what do you plan to do?

Otherwise I think leaving it to chance is a good thing.....just preplan if there is something specific you want to do, like a rehersal the day before.

I like the whiteboard idea. I was thinking of including post-it notes in everyone's OOT bags so we can all leave each other notes if needed.
