OMG! I can't take anymore of these changes!!! She left me no contact information for this new person and how can I be sure that any of our requests that have been documented are going to be passed along to the new person? I feel like I'm going to pass out! Our coordinator back home also quit.
OMG !Is there any Akumal bride before me? Or I’m the first bride for Eugenia ??!!!!!

Honestly Ladies,

In the very early stages of planning my wedding I choosen the Akumal, because the beach is so beautiful there. The Tulum had the sand bags try to keep what is left of the beach and I really wasn't feeling the look of sand bags. We had started the wedding planning with Yuritiza and it was very rude and difficult. I changed hotels because I totally love the Bahia Principe in the Maya Riviera and knew that is where I wanted to get married. She just didn't make me feel safe, comfortable,at ease... not sure ... it wasn't there... Good luck with the new gal.. clean slate... yeah right!!!! you all have your emails and hold them to it.... take care gluck

Well..this is a good sign..Eugenia has already contacted me via email and seems eager! That only took one day..she said I understand your concerns (I forwarded to Paloma) and she got everything correct that I have stated in previous emails. So far so good...perhaps change is a good thinghuh.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
