Hola!!

Yup, I'm back! Life has been crazy! After having Kora I've had a BUNCH of photo shoots and so editing with a baby is really tough! But, I think I've finally got a system down now! Thank heavens!

I do indeed have photos, they are in the mommies to be thread if you'd like to check them out.

I noticed that some of you who are getting closer to the date recieved a timeline so you could make up a wedding program. I was wondering if you can send me what the wedding coordinator provided you with' date=' so i can start planning what I will be putting together. QUOTE']

Check out page 186 of this thread...

The programs that I made have the ceremony listed and it's fairly close to what Karla sent me. There is no ceremony set in stone...she told me that basically we could pick how we would like it to go...but she did give me an informal idea of what's been done in the past. The only thing we really added was the family ring exchange that we're doing with our kids.

Kora is absolutely precious!! I LOVE the sleeping baby pics...(a couple in B/W and one in color in a different post)...sleeping babies are so angelic...

Your labor story was quite humorous :)

Thanks Emme! Yeah, the whole labor thing was quite ridiculous!!! But, I think she's cute! I'm pretty biased though!!!

Now, as for wedding timelines and making your program or schedules, I made all of mine up. Printed my invites with the agreed upon wedding time. Then, I got there and the minister couldn't be there at that time and it got switched anyways. Just remember to go with the flow of things and not stress. Everyone is already down in Mexico so if it's an hour later, it's not really a big deal.

I was just wondering when it was you found out the time was changing? I'm alright with it being a little later in the day but I'm hoping I find all of that out the day we sit and meet with her. If the time is going to change I'll need to inform our family and the photographer.

Yeah, we found out the day we sat with her. Thankfully we flew our photographer in, so it wasn't a big deal at all to them. But I suppose if you hire someone local who is just coming for the day that could be a large problem. Hopefully it'll work out for you though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
