There was a chance of rain later on in the afternoon, so our poolside reception was moved indoors to the Plan B location at Sian K'an. No regrets. We had just as much fun and the space was gorgeous!

Hmmm... I never actually noticed! There's always so much chatter that I couldn't tell you if there is music playing. I'm sorry! Oh! That makes me feel so much better!!! Thank you so much! I'm getting extra flowers maybe they can hang the "wall corsages" on the hammocks area so it looks nice when we dance.

Congratzzzz! Nice pics! What wedding package did u have? How did the wedding process go for you? Was everything as u had planned??? What other extras did u pay for?

I'm a little bit confused..... You were allowed to use a local photographer?? Looks like u had "photos in Cancun"????

Yes, I used Photos In Cancun, but I had a hard time arguing my way out of that one. Derek is from Toronto and they're friends of ours. I had sent an email to Arrecife Studios to let them know I wouldn't need their services, but they didn't reply me. So I took it as they're ok with it. When I arrived at the meeting with the WC that day, you actually meet with Arrecife representative first, and they gave me a hard time, but Derek and Lorena stayed at the resort for the required 5 nights, so they couldn't really say anything.

Ladies - I'm seeking your input on something...we are ordering the bubba keg mugs for our adult guests but we also have 5 kids coming whose ages are 5, two 9 yr olds, 11 and 13. Suggestions on a favour for these kids? We could get them smaller cups (the plastic ones with the screw on top and straw) but I'm not sure how much use they would get out of those?

What about frisbees for the kids? Or little disposable waterproof cameras. Or a little backpack?

Where was that 6th photo taken?? The one with the pillar and lights and you're in the shadows, I need one just like it!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
