Does anybody know if they still have the Mexican fiesta on Thursday nights?

Anybody who wants to buy cheap lanterns should check out this seller on ebay. I bought just 2 to check out the colour and quality and they are great!!!! I only paid a couple dollars for each of them

Julie2011,

Yes, they still have the Mexican Fiesta on Thursdays at the Hacienda. $16 US per person. We treated our guests to the Fiesta in lieu of doing a reception.

If you post your email address, I can send you some pics of the Akumal Hammock wedding site.

Cheers,

Sunnyee

We like to bring our own insulated travel mugs to the resort because they keep your drink nice and cold. Also, they are environmentally friendly! Some of the bartenders will remember your cup and the last drink you ordered too. I prefer using a straw with my travel mug and I bring my own supply because they are very hard to come by at the Bahia.

Hope that helps!

Mannixrox,

I will be at the Bahia the same week as you! I will have to check out your wedding - from a respectful distance of course! What time is your ceremony on the 3rd? You must be getting so excited!

I wish you all the best on your wedding day!

Cheers,

Sunnyee

We will be there the first week of June. Our wedding is the 4th. That will be fun to have the extra week just for you 2! We have a group currently of 48 people. They will all be there for 1 week and we will just stay 2 extra days. But that will be fine. Maybe an excuse to go back next year! ;)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
