Yes we will have to keep in touch! We had a hard time when we got our dog so I am not expecting an easy transition but am going to give it a go.

    What breed are you fostering?

Cool Stephanie! We fostered dogs for a MN rescue too. Which rescue are you working with?

We actually were fostering for a group in the south but that fell through so we are now fostering for ANOTHER dog from Happy Tails resuce. Click the image to open in full size.

He was really tired yesterday so hopefully I can get better photos of him when he has more energy.

Here he is set to music:

He has had it rough, tons of tick bites and we pulled two more off him yesterday during bath time.

Yeah we are worried about wanting to keep him too but he is doing so well he would do great in another home. We will for sure have him for a month because we have to get him fixed. I am just pretending we are dog sitting.

                Hi Stephanie,

We are fostering from a rescue foundation so it's not just one breed. They have lots of larger dogs, mostly shephard, rottweiler, or husky crosses. They usually come from the reserves or garbage dumps and are in pretty rough shape. A little love and food and time and they are much better. We are on #2 right now. Sometimes I wonder how people can be so cruel. Our new guy is so scared of everything. How are things going?
