LOL Abbie. We had this same problem but it sounds like you guys are nicer. We are just doing a BBQ in the backyard. We talked about making it bigger but I didn't want to fork out more money just to appease them. Steve still wants bigger but I finally convinced him to the dark side. Muhahaha.

ok, my mom is buying it for me, she is gonna order 2 sizes since it's not avail in stores to try on. i'll take pics and post when it comes in, even if i dont like it! ooh, pus by getting 2, it is over $50, so free shipping! that's a sneaky way to get free shipping, i just realized, buy more than you need then return unwanted to store. like a rebate!

what i really like about it, is i adored the cut of maura's 1st civil ceremony dress, but didnt want to spend the $, plus i never got the lace dress i originally loved, so i think the cut of this is similar to (not perfect but it reminds me of it) maura's 1st civil dress, plus so much cheaper! woohoo!

Yes, I totally did the costume change! It was a halter knee length white sundress and it saved the night!

I changed after the fire dancers. It was humid, my legs were stuck together with sweat, the dress was heavy, and my boobs kept wanting say hello so I said screw this where's my sundress! (btw to any of you with big bazooms, try sitting and dancing in your dress at the bridal salon & see how your dress reacts to both...anything stays put when you just stand there but at your wedding things will shift so make sure it's secure!)

After the change I was a brand new woman and was really able to boogie down, I 100% recommend a 2nd dress!

Okay - at first, my reaction was no - but in your case Abbie - I say go for it! BFW - cracked me up!

Fortunately my dress is short - so I don't have to worry about lugging around a big ol heavy dress! Anyhow - I say wear that new dress and rock it girl!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
