HELP! Rehearsal Dinner Menu Changed now my menus are WRONG!!

Can someone update this PDF with the new menu changes?

Here's the old menu...

 

We leave tomorrow morning so one of my bridesmaids offered to get them printed if i can get them updated. if someone can do this and i'll PM them my email address, I'd owe you a drink!!

 

The new menu below is similar but different.

 

Choice of:

 

Shrimp bisque

Spring roasted vegetable soup

 

 

Spring mixed green salad with citrus vinaigrette

 

 

Choice of:

 

Mahi-Mahi Tikin Xic--locally caught dorado in an achiote marinate, wrapped and poached in banana leaves with cilantro rice and fresh green mango, jicama and cucumber pico de gallo

 

or

 

Flat-iron steak with sweet onion ragout, seasonal vegetables and corn-basil mashed potatoes

 

or

 

Pan Roasted Chicken with woodland mushrooms and chipotle sauce, fresh green beans and oven roasted potatoes

 

 

Choice of:

 

Triple Berry Cobbler and Vanilla Ice Cream, Key Lime Pie, or Cinnamon Flan
