Yes, I have a recipe....let me dig it up and I'll send it to you. I have no idea where it is at the moment, but it's actually quite simple to make!

Chipotle's guacamole is still my favorite though...
You're my hero! :) Thanks in advance!!

How is everyone doing today? Not doing bad but plan on having a beer tonight. Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow all!
I'm doing good today. It's miserable & raining though so I didn't get to take the dog for a nice long walk out on the trails.. kinda sucked!
We had thincrust wholewheat pizza with chicken & red peppers for lunch. Could have been healthier but if I don't give in once & a while I'll go crazy & eat everything in sight! lol A beer would be SO nice right now, but there's none left in the fridge... maybe after we hit up the gym tonight I'll stop & grab a 6-pack of Corona so I can pretend I'm on the beach instead of in my dreary apartment on a shitty day :)

I actually never really liked it until we went to Cabo in January & I think I ate some with every single meal of the day! Now I'm in withdrawls because it's been 5 months since I've had any! girl_werewolf.gifHelp a girl out!!

One of our favorite guacamole recipes is on Williams & Sonoma website..it's chipotle guacamole (it's a little spicy but if you like that it's awesome) FI didn't like it either before I made him try it. I think most people just don't like the way it looks. It is actually pretty healthy because it's monosaturated fat but yeah, the chips are the bad thing. We'll probably make it soon. It's our fav summer snack :)

I love guac too, I know avocados are good fat, but I could seriously eat an entire avocado in one sitting, which probably isn't great for my diet, lol! That's why I thought the 100 calorie things would help keep the diet on track.

I have a friend that makes really good guac, if I remember correctly its:

avocados, fresh lime juice, finely diced tomotoes, cilantro, salt & pepper (there might be onions too I can't remember)

at the cancun airport on our way home from the wedding there was a Margaritaville at the airport and a guy with a cart going around making guac and it was delicious!! My hubby doesn't like it because he thinks it has no taste, he's crazy!

OK ladies! How did we do? I lost...get ready for this...are you sitting down? ONE WHOLE POUND! How pathetic. I have busted my ars working out this week only to see the number drop by one. I'm at the point where I think something may be wrong with me but truth be told I just think it's my age 30 and my slow metabolism. Oh well, at least it's a loss right? Hope everyone had a better week!!

Gained 1 this week, can't be too upset though because it's my first gain since the start!! I "celebrated" my gain by having chicken nuggets & beer for dinner... now I'm off to Tim Hortons to get some Timbits to snack on! lol

Back to working hard tomorrow!! Positive that I won't have another gain!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
