    oh man I am up a pound from last week. THis is awful 3 weeks before I am supposed to leave. I guess I just need to focus on the workouts and really watch what I eat and hopefully I will at least feel better in my clothes down there!!

      Yay!! I am down 1 pound! I have no idea how it happend, but it did.

      I sent my pic to Ann and she even replied back with motivation. Ann you rock!

      Girls we can do this!! We have too many cute clothes in our closets!

        I'm down 2.5 lbs! I LOVE it!! Plus, it got me motivated to work out extra hard today. If I can lose 2 lbs a week until the competition is over I would be a very happy camper (even if I don't win the $$$).

        We can do it girls!!

          Great job girls!!! I stayed at the exact same weight, but I can't be upset because I slacked ALOT!!

            That's what Im thinking... 2 pounds a week is between 15-20 pounds total... if you can squeeze out an extra half pound here and there!

              Hey Ladies, I'm down a pound! I ate like crap this weekend but I worked out like crazy wed, thur and friday. Imagine how much I could have lost if I just stuck with my ww diet! Here's to next week!

                I'm down .4 today which means I'm averaging 3.7/week, so that's good...

                YARI! I love your new attitude and congrats on your loss! Especially with everything you're dealing with! That's fantastic!

                Xandra I'm so sorry about your migraines! That sounds awful! And I do think next week is YOURS too! You can do it! Let's go!

                  Well, I'm only down 0.5 lb but better than gaining I guess. But of course last night at softball I pulled a muscle in my back so there is no way I'm exercising for the next couple of days and then we have memorial day weekend coming up and we have dinners, ballgames, parties...how am I going to do it?? I'll just have to exercise a lot. I told FI that I'm packing Subway for the ballgame so #1 we can save money, #2 we can save calories! #3 those saved calories can be used toward beers (light of course) :)

                    congratulations everyone!

                    I think I gained a little .4, but I know I had a bad week so I'm not surprised and I'm okay with it, next week will be better.

                      i lost 1.8, which i'm happy about b/c last week i was the biggest winner
                      i weigh in on tuesdays at ww, but i weighed myself today at the gym (for shits and giggles, and b/c i was wearing heavy pants yesterday) and i'm down 1.5 on top of the 1.8...i'm sticking w/ the original 1.8 tho, b/c i'll save a big one for next week!!!
                      i was SO good everyday except saturday, when i had like 4 glasses of sangria (hey, that's fruit!!) and mixed drinks. i've been working out 3x/wk on average, and am feeling better about myself already - even though i've only lost a total of .4 since the contest began!!
