UGH!!! Too many Mai Tais, too much bday cake for my Aunt, too much pizza for no good reason. For the love of all things holy where can I get some self control?!? Anyone....??

I don't even know where to begin, but this weekend was horrible!!

 

I had parties to go to all weekend and I was so exhausted from the busy week I've had that I just didn't care what I ate! I'm so mad at myself.

OMG - atrocious weekend! Crappy food, alcohol! You name it! And I slept about 12 hours a day, which was fantastic as I was so incredibly sleep-deprived last week, but I feel like a lazy sloth. AND no exercise. eek.gif

 

And - I'm leaving first thing in the morning and I'll be out of town for work all week! Not good!

It's hard, but try not to weigh yourself too often. You can fluctuate so much day to day that you could get your hopes up or down!! As my Dad always says "I could lose 5 pounds just taking a good..." well, I'll leave the last word up to your imagination wink.gif LOL

WOW, talk about determination! I think if Mat called me at 6am (more like woke me up when he got home from nightshift) I'd beat him with the closest object I could reach!! LOL I really need to just psych myself up & get it done! It does feel soooo good once you've got it done & over with so maybe I'll try to think about that tomorrow morning to help get me up! Hopefully your morning goes well too! cheer2.gif

It's okay Jill. We all have these weekends. Don't beat yourself up about it! Try to let it go & just focus on what you can do this week to make up for the weekend!! Look ahead, not back!

You obviously needed the sleep!!! Let's just call it your "mental health" weekend!! Now you're rested & happier to start on this week!! wink.gif

I was really bad this weekend as well. On Friday, we went to a friend's house about an hr away to stay for the weekend. We all went out drinking on Friday nite and I had WAY too much. Saturday, I drank more and ate like crap most of the day. Sunday, was a tiny bit better (at least I didn't drink) but still ate bad. Yesterday, we grilled burgers on the grill and I layed around the house most of the day with the exception of spin class in the morning. Weekends are usually my downfall to begin with, but add a 3-day holiday weekend and I'm doomed!

 

I'm just hoping I didn't gain weight! Today, I plan on being REALLY good and working out extra long tonite. FI has 2 softball games back to back, so I won't feel bad about taking 2 workout classes.

All I did was eat and drink this weekend. I weighed myself today to see what kind of damage I did. I gained 4 pounds. Geez louise! I need to get back on track ASAP!

 

I guess this was a bad weekend for all of us, but we just have to dust ourselves off and get back on track. We can do this! thewave.gif

i was pretty good over the weekend! tried to limit my food to at least decently healthy things. i am eating salad for dinner tonight and running on my treadmill tonight though. i am praying for no gain tomorrow morning!

Well I am officially sicky and just ordered Chinese food (cause they deliver).

 

So much for the weigh in tomorrow.

I would usually cheer delivery but I am trying to have a better attitude and say booo to delivery.

But all you can do tomorrow is start fresh. Thats my plan anyway!
