I am from Canada and am getting married in the DR. We were told we need to provide copies of our witness' passports to the hotel - does anyone know if they must be translated into Spanish?

Also, if anyone can recommend any translating services or can tell me about the process that you be great!
    Thank you!

I was told to look at this website for details. I have not gotten that far yet, but there is some information on there that should help you out. Let me know how you do. WEDO .:: Taking care of your legal documentation for your Dominican weddings
      Hope this helps.

I used WeDO and everything was great. But we just got married on the 25th and I was wondering how long before I receive the actual marriage license
