Congratulations!!! I'm getting married in Cuba, January 2009! There are actually a few of us if you look under the Cuba thread.

 

We are currently looking at the Barcelo Marina Palace resort and are very close to booking. Do you have any more info? Been to any of the resorts in Cuba? I am so curious about everything and don't want to make a big mistake when choosing a resort.

 

You've definitely come to the right place for wedding planning. These girls seem to have ideas and advice on every detail you could think of!!

ya, my wedding is less than 2 months away, and I cant believe, wow how time has flown by! flypig.gif

 

but now its crawling by, haha

 

my apartment is FULL of wedding stuff, haha Im going to take a picture of it all and show you!

 

I cant wait to be on the plane! The resort looks amazing!! I look at the pictures everyday!

 

now Im planning out the at home recpetion, I have all the decor but Im making the final plans for the menu. We are having a backyard party, my fiance wants to make sandwiches, and I think its a good idea, but alot of work! lol Im hoping to find some tropical inspired cookie cutters. any ideas where to find them?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
