I am getting ready to leave in about a week and we have decided not to bring our laptop down with us, but I want to be able to have copies of my pictures for save keeping, just incase.

Please recommend a good (free) picture hosting site that I can access from my resort to upload my pictures.

Also, if anyone has used the for pay internet service at Dreams Tulum or other resort. What do they charge and how reliable is it?

thanks all!

We set up a dot photo account Digital Photography-Upload, Print, Share, and Organize Your Digital Photos with dotPhoto.com it's free. You can upload all of the pics on the trip or give your guests your login and pw and they can upload them once they get home. The thing I love about this site is that you can save all of the photos in high res from the site. So you can just e-mail the link to all of your family and they can download their own favorites (it's also free) and save them to their computer or order prints, etc.

So I guess you will have to make sure you have a USB adapter or card reader that will plug into their PCs.

I can say that Dreams Cancun was free wireless if you have your own laptop.

There was a fee to use their PCs after the short free time they gave you.

I think it might have been 15 minutes... don't quote me on that... and things may be different from Dreams to Dreams resort.

You are getting married so soon Erica!

The last time I was in Mexico - I used an internet cafe to go on line to contact my office. Pick up emails, etc. Note that he key board was made for Spanish and not English. If I were you I would call the resort and check. I managed but it wasted time trying to figure out the key board. Good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
