Bought my Wedding ring!

Recommended Posts

So FI and I have gone back and forth about getting a new setting for my ring.. well we are paying for this wedding on our own and only new that we were in Nov and the wedding is in July so really not a lot of time to save for it.. living paycheck to paycheck.. anyways.. the other day I said you know waht.. i wanted this solitar for a reason.. its simple and classic.. so i decided to just find a nice band to complament it.. so I found it.. and it was only 350 comparied to the 1200 we would have spent for a new setting.. so with out further ado...

Pretty! I couldn't find a band I loved and I didn't want to spend money on one that I was just ok with. I didn't buy a band, but I got a cheap $75 band to wear when I don't want to sport the rock. I get compliments on it too and I'm happy it wasn't expensive. I'd rather do another vacation than buy another expensive ring!

I actually bought it at a local store here in Decatur. Ray Eldridge

but here are some sites i found that have it or similer.. is your ering band rounded.. mine is so i had a hard time finding a ring to but up against it.. the band is somewhat round.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
