HI, A PLEA TO ASK FOR YOUR HELP IN FINDING THIS DRESS .DOES ANYONE OWN IT ,TRIED IT OR SEEN IT .I LIVE IN THE UK BUT HAVE FALLEN FOR THIS DRESS.I JUST NEED TO KNOW IF IT LOOKS GOOD OR NOT I LIKE IT IN THE PINK WITH GOLD BUT THERE IS ANOTHER COLOUR WAY.ITS $800 WHICH I THINK IS A GOOD PRICE .DOES CHRISTINA WU MAKE NICE DRESSES OR DO YOU GUYS SHOP ELSE WHERE IVE SEEN LOTS OF YOU SHOP AT DAVIDS BRIDAL IS CHRISTINA WU AT ABOUT THE SAME PLACE IN THE BRIDAL MARKET.I HAVE EVEN LOOKED ON EBAY FOR A COPY WITH NO LUCK.WHEN I SHOW A PICTURE TO THE LADIES IN THE BRIDAL SHOPS THERE LIKE NO WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THAT.IM LIKE WHYYYY NOTTTT .IS IT THAT DIFFERENT/!!!!!! OR IS IT PANTS?? PLEASE HELP.X

That is one hot and sassy dress! I am no help cuz I have never seen that dress nor do I know anything about Christina Wu but I will look around.

I haven't heard of Christian Wu before. It's a pretty dress, but I would recommend trying it on before purchasing. I had a lot of dresses I loved in the mags or in person but didn't look right on me. GL in the search!

Thankyou ladies i appreciate your very quick response.I like this dress as i have been married twice, shhhh you have to whisper LOL.I dont want anything too slinky or traditional either as i do have a few lumps and bumps not all in the right places either I also want to be able to wear it when we come back as we will be holding a party in the garden.I also dont want to spend hundreds of pounds on a dress.Dont get me wrong if we had the money id be picking something way up there .we dont ,so i cant .x

This worries me a little that no one has heard of christina wu.I have been into town today and tried on gowns.I have fallen in love.The dress i tried on is to die for, i need to rob a bank to get it but i really would like it.Ill give you the sales pitch i gave FI.The shop is small they have one other shop that i visited yesterday.As ive been married b4 i would like something different.As im 42 i feel i can please myself and FI without worrying about what other people think.So the dress i tried is a two piece the bottom is like a mermaid shape in taffetta slinky well fitted and thick.The top is stapless Heavily embroidered with the most gorgeous crystals all over it.The front comes down low with net placed behind it it has the ties at the back so gives a fantastic shape It is so well made and they told me i could get it dyed after.the problem is its £1,600 .i can pay 400 now and in 2 months pay another 400 then the fabric will be cut and saved for me.when im ready they will measure me and make the dress up to fit me perfectly.As we are not getting married till 2010 i have so much time.Paul has said get it if its what you want but what if they close down.They need 5 months to get it made up for me.errrrrr i dont know what to do.I left there and tried dresses in other shops and i didnt like any.Then im thinking it may go in the sale. girls help me please.x

I've never heard of Christina Wu either but that shouldn't deter you from buying it if you like it. Are you close to that shop that was posted? Maybe you could try it on. If it fits nice and you like it there is no reason not to get it just b/c no one has heard of it.

yes your right,im not anywhere near Harrogate however after a goods nite sleep i think im going to track it down and go and find it.If i dont like it when i find it then no worries.Although the first thing i thought of this morning when i woke up was the dress from yesterday.If i went and ordered it today ,id wake up tomorrow and wonder if i should of tracked down the christina wu one because of the money id spent.Im defo doing the lottery today.x
