I think the swimsuit is so cute. HOWEVER, I would not pay that much for it. Just me though- I think there are a ton of stuff just as cute.

As for the bra and undies, while I think they are cute, I think you could find something VERY similar for less.

If money is no object, get both!

I was just talking with my FI...I didn't tell him that it was for me but I pretended that my friend was having this issue, and he basically summed it up by saying "If you're hot, you'll look hot in anything...even a plastic bag" haha! Its so funny to hear a boy's perspective. I don't really know how or where I got the idea that the "clothes" part actually matters when it comes to a BD shoot...I'm going to be half naked anyways. Boys are funny, they just have a way of putting it into perspective.

yeah, I spent about $400 and got a ton of stuff at VS.

My opinion I like the first set.

I think Gretchen Wilson said it best... "Victoria's Secret, well their stuffs real nice... yeah but I can buy the same damn thing on a WalMart shelf halfprice... and still look sexy, just as sexy as can be... no I don't need no designer tags to make my man want me!!" wink.gif

I haven't had a chance yet to go to one (although there is one right beside my work). I decided to take a couple of days, see what else I can find and then decide whether I want the bathing suit or not. The truth is I have a few bcbg ones that I love and are really nice, so if anything I can always fall back on those. I want to check Jacob too, some of their stuff is cute.

lol that's funny, true though! its what Michael said yesterday too, but I don't think I want to wear a plastic bag just yet.

I went on the VS site and loved everything, I wish we had one here in Canada. Its really hard to buy stuff online, pay the shipping and the duty fees and then find that it doesn't fit, or that you don't like it. I guess I'm trying to stear clear of online ordering if I can. I lost quite a bit of weight in the last month or so, and everything fits different...I have no idea what size I am anymore boo sad.gif Plus I bought something online a few months ago, it was on sale, but by the time I paid the shipping costs + duty it ended up costing more than if I'd bought it in the store. Maybe I'll have to get my FI to rent a car and then we'll drive to Seattle, that would be fun!

Thanks guys for all the input cheesy.gif I really appreciate it!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
