Oh Abbie- I've met Jason Seahorn too. My old softball coach was his godfather. He played football at a small community college in CA and I played softball there. He bought our team our warm ups and all new Nike cleats. Woohoo- I have cleats bought by Jason Seahorn. haha

I have met a few famous people- I know all the Pros on Dancing with the Stars. I have a pic w/ Cheryl Burke. She is bitchy though!

when Nomar Garciapara was on the Sox i met him, I pushed little kids aside and yelled that I wanted to have his baby so that he would give me his autograph! Lol! It was kinda funny- I embarrassed my BFF!

My FI has met Elaine from Sienfelds boyfriend on the show....What the hell is his name. Stucky or something? They were in Newport RI and saw him at a bar, then he joined them on a bar crawl! Weird!

I went to high school my senior year in LA so we went to school with a few "famous" people, but no one really super famous. I
Amber Tamblyn went to SAMOHI, although I never ever saw her. She was filming General Hospital while attending. Sheâ€s starred in Joan of Arcadia, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

The only “famous†people I can really say that Iâ€ve met other than just a brief look, were Troy Garity and his dad Tom Hayden (Jane Fondaâ€s ex and son). Troy (also a Samohi alumni) was very close to my older brother. Tom was even a coach on their little league team. My brothers were always stuck watching me so Iâ€d always tag along with them or he would be at my house mixing (my broâ€s were DJâ€s), I even remember dancing w/ him at my broâ€s 18th birthday party, he had to get on his knees to dance, I was only 11. My bro and him even got arrested together for “taggingâ€, he and his friends pulled off the senior prank. Anyhow my brother lost touch with him after he moved to NY. Troy came out in the Barber Shop movies, Soldierâ€s Girl, Bandits. My mom worked with Tom Hayden when he was a senator for a district here in LA. He is such a sweet person. When we were attending my brotherâ€s murder trial, Tom attended as often as he could. I know his presence helped to prosecute the murderers.

Like Christine, Iâ€ve bumped into a few celebrities. Iâ€ve met some celebrities at previous jobs, Daisy Fuentes, Serena Williams, Sarah Lancaster (Chuck, Saved by the Bell-The New Class), Luke Wilson, Bobby Trendy (Ana Nicole show), Mexicanâ€s celebrities Kalimba, Monica Naranjo. In my clubbing days, I had a chance to meet Warren G, lol, donâ€t ask.

My bro and SIL came out on an episode of TV Guideâ€s Ready, Set, Change so I had a chance to meet the Host, Rosana Tavarez. My SIL worked in the entertainment industry so she and my bro have met a ton of celebrities. She worked on the set of movies like the Titans, Pearl Harbor (yes spent about a month in Hawaii w/ Ben Affleck!), Halle Berry (remember the time she was Punked and her boob pooped out, my SIL comes out in the background). My bro and SIL had dinner with Marc Anthony and his ex Dayanara Torres (it was a group dinner).

Any how, I can go on. Living in LA, having a mom who works for TV Guide, a SIL who worked for Disney and Warner Bros, Iâ€ve had some encounters. I do get star struck, I try not to, but I do.

Okay I would take back everyone I've ever met to trade places with you that night!!! OMG Damian Marley, he's on the top of my sexy list....yummy wink.gif

When I was 8, Diana Ross called me up on stage with her at one of her concerts. I danced the running man with her and she gave me a big hug and kiss and called me "a little Diana Ross"

My BF is a major Bone-Thugs N harmony fan...(not me so much) so I got dragged to a concert with her. One of the guys invited us to the club with them after the concert and we hung out in VIP with them all night. Then they took us to breakfast at like 3am.

I've also met Jason Terry (Mavs), he sent me and my friend drinks all night at a lounge. He's pretty cool.

Other Random People:

Paris Hilton (at a bar in Vegas)

Nicole Richie (at Nobu in Vegas)

Ian Ziering from 90210

Mike Tyson

Forgot about another moment.....

The DJ from Dee-Lite was going to be DJ'ing at a club in Upstate NY where I lived at the time. I got volunteered to go pick him up in NYC. When I got there it was him (DJ Dmitry), Lady Kier and the Japanese guy Towa Tei (?). The 4 of us rode up the Thruway together and hung out after the event. Lots of fun that was.

OMG! I totally forgot this one. I was working a concert for the Wailers, Bob Marley's band. One of them kept trying to make out with me and the rest of the girls on my staff! He was handsy to say the least. I had to end up pulling all of my girls and only sending male staff backstage and to the green rooms!

Ooooh...if you count Jason Kidd as famous I totally know him. He is a family friend, my dad was his youth soccer coach. We don't see the family much anymore since his dad died. My brother ran into JK in Vegas and he was like "get your dad on the phone" so he called my dad, it was cute :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
