Elizabeth Lloyd- Las Caletas Wedding

Recommended Posts

Sadly I'm not directing you to MY wedding, but after stalking Elizabeth's website for the past month, I noticed a new wedding. It's a Las Caletas wedding too! Just wanted to share with the brides who are LC obsessed (like me) or using Elizabeth as their photog.

ELIZABETH LLOYD - Photographer.

Evonne and June

And it's a Feb 23 wedding. Nearly one month before mine- hopefully mine are coming soon!

This probably sounds weird, but I've been stalking her site for your photos too! You did a better job than I did though, since you found these pics before I did.

The pictures are gorgeous. Definitely can't wait to see yours!!

One question though. Did you guys have time to do some nice "couple" pictures while at LC? I noticed the couple on the website seemed to have theirs done on a different day/place/time and none at LC. Now I'm worried I'll only have group shots and not couple shots.

Umm- we did some. Didn't seem like a lot though. We had planned on doing a TTD but I was so sick I had to cancel it. I just had zero motivation to get ready and go and do them. I highly regret it now.

I guess I will find out if we have a lot of "couple" pictures. I can't really remember the picture part too much. This was the only stressful part of the wedding for me. I was pissed no one would get their ass in gear and stop wasting daylight. I remember that more than the poses. haha

Now that I have seen those pics, I shouldn't have worried. The sky looked beautiful and the people were still sharp. That was my worry about the sunset- most pics I have seen the people weren't as "sharp" and rather dark. I saw Ann's photos and I just chalked it up to Leigh being fabulous (and she really is!) but now I'm reassured that Beth is talented too.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
