(which I'm having right now) lol I used to be a personal trainer so luckily I know what to do... its just a matter of actually doing it. Feel free to pick my brain about exercising! Sounds like you guys are doing great tho. Those are some great results!

June 2009 bride here and while I want to lose about 20 pounds before the big day, but I've been a lazy cow and need to get with the program!!! Congrats to all the ladies who have lost weight and are trying to lose weight, I am feeling like a total slacker compared to y'all and need someone to shove my big ass into shape!

I'm like some of the other girls, no trying on dresses until I drop some of these pounds. Plus, if I'm gonna pay thousands of dollars for a photographer and videographer I better drop these lbs or I'ma have some expensive photos of some unwanted jiggle smile27.gif

Whoo Hooo! A lot of 2008 brides. We are also getting married on Feb 28! Can't wait. Congrats on the weight loss. I am not officially on any diet but I do follow a combo of WW and Metegenics diet. I was going to the gym 5 days a week then broke my foot but today I can finally head back to the gym! It is important to weight train I will tell you why.. I found the dress I wanted paid for but asked them not to order it yet as I wanted to loose weight. I worked really hard and I was able to buy the 2nd dress down (yeah) but then I broke my foot before the apt to order so I have not been able to go to the gym. I have lost 5 lbs since I got hurt so I thought I must be the same if not smaller in inches from before I broke my foot.. nope I am up about 1 inch in my bust and almost 2 in waist. So hopefully the gym will help me loose those inches so I can fit into the dress size I want.

No, she is not being mean or not that she doesn't want to come. The last time she came to the US she said it would most likely be her last trip to Ca. I have looked up flights for them and it would take about 18 hours for them to get there without coming here first. I offered to move the wedding to Carribean or Europe but FI says no. I just don't want her to miss out.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
