I need to finalize the copy/content for my update Newsletter because of our location change.

 

Here is what I have so far:

  • New Location Pics / Details
  • New Itinerary / Event Details
  • Fun Facts about Big Island
  • What to wear / Pics
  • Emergency numbers (hospital, etc)
What am I missing?

Looks like you have everything. What about a FAQ section? I know I have had a lot of various guests ask the same questions, so I am typing them up to share with everyone. Or 'Other Activites'/Group Excursion type page. Just a thought

Looks good, that's about what I had. FAQ's are good. I also had sections on good spots for shopping, sightseeing, etc. just so they knew what was out there. Also if they aren't renting cars for their free time transportation info may be helpful.

 

Oh, and don't forget to note the time zone difference in your Fun Facts...you'd be surprised!

What about giving them a heads up on what the weather should be like? Maybe averaged temps for that time of year?
