I cannot believe that it's almost May and we're having a snowfall warning!!! I've called in sick tomorrow for a doctors appointment. If school is closed tomorrow due to snow I'm gonna be super pissed!

    Will winter ever end?

Brrrr! It's been predictably sunny in L.A. Same weather different day. Be grateful you have seasons...when summer hits you'll really appreciate it!

you shouldn't be docked a day if the district doesn't pay a sub. we had 2 snow days while we were in mx for our wedding and b/c the sub wasn't there, she wasn't paid, and b/c SHE wasn't paid, i wasn't docked (i had to take some unpaid days).

I guess the good news is that it looks really pretty outside. It's funny, my plan was to do some yard work this morning. Looks like I'll be staying in.

I'm with ya, my Canadian neighbor! It was in the 70s yesterday ... but possible snow this weekend. Ahhhh ... good ol' MN weather.
