Looking for similar yet less expensive version of this dress

Recommended Posts

I agree.. trying it on is very different thank thinking it will look great on you. I tried on many different styles before finding the dress.. then I looked for a great price.

BUT you're correct.. don't try on dresses that are out of your price range (although in the long run you may kick yourself for not spending the extra $200 or so).. remember alternations can add a few hundred to that number too.

Well that's what I am thinking as well...alterations are going to add at least $150 to the price... I am short (5'2") so it will definitely have to be hemmed. I was just wondering if there are dresses similar to this one out there...ruching without all the poof...

There is an awesome place

IN CANADA

you pay $25 shipping fee

THATS ALL

No duty

I ordered my Maggie from there, as did my best friend.

It is called TRINKLETS

It is a girl, Andre's business. I have BBB'ed it and it all checked out and I have read several rave reviews from people in canada on the site weddingbells.ca

I think you should contact her for a quote.

Trinklets Creations - Affordable Vancouver Chair Cover Rentals !

My Maggie was quoted between $1400 and $1600 penidng on the store

and I paid her $1000

Also

purchase it in she short length

shouldnt cost extra

i ordered mine in 1 inch extra length and it was at no extra charge.

AND

with Maggie - if it is a corset back, most are, it reduces need for overall alterations too.

I am not expecting to pay a cent in alterations :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
