When I ordered mine through them, they said that they have a lifetime guarantee on the silkscreen. It is supposed to survive anything, including the dishwasher. I would definitely contact them.

What type of mug did you order? I've got stainless steel ones, I really hope that the silkscreen lasts!

I ordered mine through this company as well. it's the travel mug with the handle and the stainless steel around the top. the printing did not come off of ours. I wonder if it's a difference in the plastic materials?
I would contact them Heidi. that's not fair.

Aww...that really sucks Heidi. Can you let us know which style of mug you ordered?

On another forum, some of the girls had the same problem. They found out that it was when the printing was on plastic. The girls who had printing done on stainless steel, didn't have the problem.

Does anyone have another source for mugs? sounds like this is the way to go for all our guests and the endless drinks! I assume the hotels are ok with that? we are staying at dreams cancun.
