I never really thought about this before... but is there anyway to bring your bouquet home?

I mean I guess its not a big deal, bit it would be kinda cool to save it...

Hmm good question.. I guess if you brought a box for it and carried it on? Or would that count as a plant in customs??

I think you would have to declare the items and that would be a PIA. I bet customs would just throw it away. I tried to dry one of the roses from my bouquet and see if I could bring it back without it being a crumpled piece. I forgot it.

you absolutely CANNOT bring your bouquet back from mexico! its an agricultural no-no. you will get it confiscated. you cannot bring back plants, including cut flowers.

FI's best friend got married in Riviera Maya in November - his wife brought her real, live bouquet back no questions asked - she just had it in her carry on..

if you get caught, they WILL confiscate it. its on the list of things you cannot bring back on the card you fill out on the airplane when you reenter the US. the rules for canada may be different, but the US doesnt allow it.
