Mission De Kino’s- excellent seafood (dirt road next to Mar De Cortez hotel)

El Coral across from Tesoro (formerly Costa Real Resort)

For lunch, it's always nice to hit some of the restaurants along the beach while enjoying the sun and sand - I honestly have never found a tremendous difference between most of them, but it's all about the ambience.

Best Lobster in Cabo!

When we went for our site trip with my parents, it had been 20 years since my dad had been to Cabo. When I asked where the best Lobster in Cabo was he told me at the Trailer Park. I laughed and said no way. Later that day we went to Minerva's to rent the boy's a boat and I asked her where the best place was for Lobster - to my surprise she told me The Trailer park! Don't be confused there are a few trailer parks in cabo that serve lobster - the one that is the best is called the Trailer Park at El Faro. It is deep in the middle of town and is well worth the the trip. It is a little pricy, but great atmospher and the best lobster ever!!!

I would like to highly recommend Don Emiliano in San Jose. It's the best food I've had in Cabo and is really not known to many tourists.

I've eaten at Nick-san many times and like it. I prefer the one in the Palmilla shopping center vs. in downtown Cabo.

Really liked Mi Casa - there are two. We ate at the one that is a bit further out in downtown Cabo.

The breakfast buffet at Fiesta Americana (while expensive) has the MOST amazing cook-to-order breakfast burrito bar and great juice. Worth the money.

If you get the opportunity and they'll let you on property (maybe for a "site visit"), eat lunch at Las Ventanas. YUMMY! Besides you totally have to see Las Ventanas.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
