Dreams Cancun Contract Options

Thanks for the menu info (and thanks Kat for the points to view it!).

This is so interesting because it's totally different from what's posted on the Dreams Cancun website... anyone know why?

And again to me it looks on the website like the gold and silver menus are priced the same... for the packages and the extra pp. Jill, do you mind sharing the pricing info you have for gold and silver?

Also we've had to pick 2 appetizers and one menu for everyone! luckily our numbers are dropping fast so might not be too much of a problem.

I got married last year, so the prices wouldn't really be very helpful

Thanks for posting all this info!

I'm starting to think that I might scrap the typical cocktail hour and just try and negotiate some extra ppl at dinner... besides, people can just go to the bar between the wedding and reception anyways for free... it just seems like a lot of extra pp charges if you consider cocktail hour AND the reception dinner.

It sure does, if I had more than 20 people and was not getting it in the package I wouldn't do any of them but this way we aren't paying so i don't mind as much

Good luck negotiating

I am thinking the same thing. I am waiting to see how many people actually book. Then I will make my decision on the cocktail hour. Won't they don't know they are missing out on won't hurt them HA HA HA. They can all just go chill at a bar for an hour until the reception. But it would be nice if I just have like 20-25 people.

My sentiments exactly lol if its 25 its worth thinking of paying for the extra 5 but anymore it goes into waste of cash when they are AI anyway lol and if I know my lot they'll need to be dragged out of the bar anyway lmao

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
