well I just got back from the gym...i started on 9/10 (almost 3 wks ago)...I lost 4lbs (was wanting more but I'll take that) and I lost 1 inch from the waist. my thighs and hips, i only lost 1/4" (which suks) and 1/2" from my arms. I still have a longs way to go but at least now i'm starting to enjoy exercise (and it helps that my trainer is a cutie wink.gif )

Congrats on the weight and inches loss!! Any loss rules!! I love you dress and the MOH dress is adorable. Is that one of those bubble dresses?

Fake nails...I have had my nails for about 6 years now. I would reccommend the white tips if you are doing a french manicure. It wont chip or anything and you can do color then take it off then still have the french look permanently there until it grows out.

i can't decide if i want to or not. i like having them but i HATE when the come off and your nails are so thin
I am going back to get them done. I usually have them but I took them off about a month ago. I recommend getting the white acrylic for the tips and the pink acrylic for the bottom half. There is no polish to chip and they look very natural. I took them off because after you get rebases, sometimes the technician won't get all of the acrylic off, or there is a white spot and you can start to see the lines through the acrylic on the pink part of your nail.

I took them off to avoid the white spots on the pink part of my nail....total Bridezilla ...I know!

That is wonderful on your arms girl! I am proud of you!!

Erica - you got a lot done girlie!

Well - we went to the church yesterday and checked out everything - I am so excited! They had teal napkins and tablecloths! I am going to do teal with an ivory overlay - it is going to look so nice!

What do you guys think of using artificial palm fronds and sea shells on rectangular tables for our centerpieces? I was thinking of laying them long wise with sea shells sprinkled down the middle?

I need something cheap and easy and that is the best I could come up with.

FI bought me a HUGE-GINORMOUS suitcase at Ross yesterday. OMG - my 10 year old daughter fits in it! LOL!! With some help, both she and my son can fit in it together!!! ha ha - everytime FI sees it he says - OMG that is a big suitcase!

I am going to start packing today. Yikes - we are getting close!

yeah packing is no fun! We packed all of our OOT stuff last weekend. Man that suitcase is HEAVY!!

I also kicked some butt on my DIY projects last night. I made my welcome letter for the OOT bags, the wedding day timeline, and my table numbers and favor tags (organza bags of M&Ms)

Ha, thanks! My mom saw our numbers in spanish and says "what if people don't know the numbers in spanish?" to which I said, they only have to match what is on their escort card, to the sign on the table. I would hope people can handle that!

WOW, new camera and camcorder?! That's awesome!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
