I must say that my To Do List is getting nice and short! I just ahve to finish a few things for the OOT bags, finish our welcome booklets, get the guys pants, finish the girls dresses, make Hailey's basket get my sucker upper body shaper. I don't have my list with me right now, but I think that is most of what is left, and considering how big it was before! Heck, I even made copies of our passports already and might start packing that stuff away and get it out of the way. 14 weeks 5 days until we leave town! LOL

A friend of ours is getting IVF today, and there is a good chance that she could end up on bedrest early on in the pregnancy, so if she does, I told her that she can help me with the last little bit of DIY wedding projects! Nothing like recruiting someone that would be glad to have the company and be able to do something other than watching TV.

Gosh, I can't keep up with ya'lls posts! Just wanted to pop in and say hi!

Since we got the invites out and we're awaiting RSVP responses, I'm taking a wedding hiatus for a couple of weeks!

But I have kicked me workout in high gear. Swam a ton today and can hardly move my arms. I CAN'T BELIEVE OUR WEDDINGS ARE SO SOON!!! How did that happen?!

Next on my list is the welcome letter for the OOT bags, too!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! hug2.gif

Hey girls. I just need to get it out that I am so sick of my seating chart, welcome letter, place cards, and wedding purse. These things have been hanging on my DO NOW list for the past month +. I want to check the f'ers off the list!!

I am totally lost in the craft stores and had no idea how many paper otions there would be. Little overwhelmed at the moment.

And how hard do you think it would be to find a cute blue/aqua clutch for the wedding? apparently very hard. grr.

tvt - i have been looking at clutches because i was planning on getting my girl's each a different one. I'll keep my eye out for an aqua one. David's Bridal actually has these cute ruffle clutches that come in every color...it might be worth a shot!

Oh, and I remember you asking if I was going to post a pic of my ring...I will when we get them! We are supposed to pic them up in a couple of weeks...

Thanks, my baby just turned 6 on Thursday...where does the time go? Today she is having a few play dates over to help celebrate her bday, nothing big though...just a few burgers, chips and cake. wink.gif

My friend lives in Orlando but she fell in love with that resort in Naples....its called La Playa Resort. It's a beautiful resort.

Well I hope someone gives you a little hint as to when the shower is...maybe they will trick you by having FI say he's taking you out to dinner or something and that way you will be dressed up...LOL. Hope that happens with me as well bc I like wearing sweats a lot esp. on the wknds when I'm doing nothing. Keeping my fingers crossed for ya wink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
