Wow. That is crazy. I see that Danielle's will be like that tomorrow too, since hers reads 3 months today! Nov will be here before we know it.

I know that once you guys start leaving for your DW's, I will have to get my butt organized for our trip since I am the last one from this thread to go.

When fi was leaving for work at 430 am I turned to him and said "In three months we'll be married". lol

Oh man can't believe my ticker will say 2 months soon.

Erica, if you need any help when i get back from my dw let me know, i don't think i'll know what to do with myself after wedding planning is over.

I know there are a lot of us the first week of November! We'll be here for you Erica! Whatever you need! cheer2.gif

I am going after work to pick up my wedding band. I had to get it sized for my ginormous finger! I am also going to drop off my camera today and see if it can be fixed. I need to post some pictures!!

PLUS - I really want to take some pics this weekend of me and my BM's assembling all of our wedding stuff.

I also called a DJ that my family has used for parties, weddings, etc. to see if he can help us with our music playlist. We only have 30 songs - I figure each song is 3 minutes long that gives us an hour and a half of music. I still need an hour and a half more! Hopefully he can help. I need to have some music to get my groove on! smile72.gif

I may have to take all of you up on some last minute assistance! LOL.

Oh yeah, we got FI wedding band yesterday and then when he got home from work, he had to try it on and told me to put mine on too! When I asked where his was awhile later so I could put them away, he still had it on and wanted to wear it to "get used to it". LMAO. For someone that always said he wouldn't be wearing very often anyway (because of his job) he sure didn't want to take it off his finger lastnight! I did end up getting it and put them both away for safe keeping now.

We are going from November 2 - 14th.. so 12 days.

Most of our guests are going for about a week.. each arriving at different times and leaving at different times.. heh. A couple are staying longer than that.. and some will be there before us! I have a spreadsheet for when everyone is arriving/leaving.. heh

FI likes to wear his ring too.. especially on weekends :)

Erica, since your legal day is Friday maybe you guys could do what we did. We wore our rings all day and night. As my FI/DH (what do I call him now?) said "we are getting married you know"! But we took them off today, boo hoo!!

We are staying for 10 days Nov 3-13.

Celina, you better get that camera fixed missy!! We want pics!!! Ha!

I hope it's fixable! Wish me luck! We are staying 10 days - November 5th -15th.

Are any of you spending the night before the wedding together? We arent and FI told me I should stay with my dad! He totally wants to kick me out of the room! LOL! He said he paid for a suite - he is staying there! I hope they find his ass a room - cause I have myself and the kids to get ready! I told him to stay with his mom at her timeshare.

I am going to come up with a plan this weekend. I'll call it "Operation Sleeping Single in a King Size Bed"! LOL!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
